Did  Elba Romo Violate State Election Code?

She is the current city clerk and is also a candidate for city council

Huntington Park, CA - Reports from city hall indicate that Elba Romo was in possible
violation of State election code.

City hall sources indicate that Elba Romo knowingly entered polling places and was talking
to voters in line ready to cast their votes. State election code prohibits this.

She is the current city clerk. She should know better.

Election results are inconclusive since about 130 provisional ballots are yet to be counted,
according to the city clerk's office.

Let's hope Romo doesn't have a direct hand in being part of that final vote tally.
